Designed specifically for post natal mums looking to maintain or improve their core strength and pelvic floor health and safely increase their fitness post birth. Developed in collaboration with women's health physio's this ten week program incorporates a range of training techniques including pilates, stability ball and resistance band exercises, yoga, strength training and boxing for fitness.

A word from one of our BACK TO BASE mummers....
I have just completed the Back to Base 10 week postnatal program and I'm so happy with the results. I had terrible pelvic instability after the birth of my third baby and with Rach and Anna's guidance I am now able to exercise pain free. Both Rach and Anna are so incredible at what they do, and are so committed and passionate about getting women back into exercise post baby in a safe and supportive way. I highly recommend this program and Base Fitness in general. I look forward to making more progress in 2020.
