Back To Base Program

10 week Back to Base programs ran each Term for Post natal mums looking to improve their fitness, core strength and pelvic floor. 

Each program incorporates strength and conditioning, light cardio, boxing and Pilates plus fortnightly education sessions with experts on important topics for mums such as -

- Nutrition

- Baby and toddler sleep

- Mental Health and stress management

-  Regressions and modifications for abdominal separation, pelvic floor rehabilitation and pelvic instability.


Programs have been designed in partnership with Womens Health Physios and are suitable for all fitness levels. Womens Health Physiotherapist assessments are required prior to beginning sessions. Base Clients receive a discount for appointments.
